Nourishment as a Path to Grace
At all our retreats and events, we serve vegetarian meals inspired by the spiritual principle of Ahimsa — non-violence, compassion, and respect for all living beings. This means it nurtures the body and soul without harming the world around us.
In addition to our powerful practices and carefully curated retreat programs and events, we pay special attention to what nourishes both the body and the mind.
A special place in our gatherings is given to prasadam — sacred food prepared with love and pure intention.

The Sanskrit word prasada (प्रसाद, prasāda) means "grace," "blessing," or "divine mercy."

In the spiritual tradition, prasad is food that is first offered to the Divine and then gratefully received back as sanctified, filled with the special energy of blessing.

Thus, prasad is not merely food, but a sacred offering that becomes a vessel of goodness, purity, and spiritual power, nourishing and elevating our consciousness.
Taste it at retreat!
